How will you contribute to our mission
?
You will be the eyes and ears of our customers and provide HR managers with advice and support in their mission to lead the HR department into the digital age. You are contributing to the success of our Support- and Account Management Team through project-based initiatives as well as operational tasks.
This position is based in our Berlin office, but can also be fulfilled remotely as needed.#
Your Main Responsibilities Include
You represent our mission and vision to our customers and accompany them through resolving customer support cases in our ticket system
You will be the first point of contact for our customers when it comes to technology, helping them get the most out of our software and its features
You will listen carefully to our customers and use this knowledge to offer them the best solutions for an excellent customer experience tailored to their needs
Support your teammates in projects focused on process improvements and the implementation of new tools and strategies

For this position, we are looking for the following
#
Fluent German and English skills
(both written and spoken), ideally advanced or fluent in
French
as well.
You are a registered student
Ideally, you already had some touchpoints in customer-facing tasks
You love a challenge and really get into your stride when things get busy during the implementation phase
You are a talented communicator and know how to explain complex processes in a simple and concise manner
You describe yourself as absolutely user- and customer-oriented and are only satisfied when they are too
