We are looking for a Customer Manager who wants to be part of Tietoevry Create and to drive success across key customers in the Public Sector. Tietoevry Create is the leading digital accelerator for innovation and sustainable value creation. We combine business design with software engineering to bring digital business to life.



This senior role blends relationship excellence, commercial insight and industry expertise to shape the future of our strategic accounts.

When joining Tietoevry Create as a Customer Manager, you

Own and expand a portfolio of strategic accounts in the public sector, ensuring commercial success and enduring customer value Develop multi-year account strategies aligned with customer goals, market trends and business opportunities Lead executive-level engagements, facilitating strategic planning and performance reviews Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, crafting value-driven proposals with delivery and solution teams Ensure delivery excellence by partnering with project managers and technical leads Act as a sector ambassador, sharing market intelligence and shaping go-to-market strategies

Who we are looking for

7+ years of experience in strategic account management or customer relationship roles within IT consulting, software or digital engineering Proven success in growing large accounts and navigating complex stakeholder environments Deep understanding of Public sector-specific challenges, e.g. digitalization, energy transition Ability to engage C-level stakeholders Experience in leading cross-functional collaboration across delivery, sales and technical teams Commercial mindset with a track record in account planning, contract renewals and strategic growth Excellent German skills and ability to handle discussions in German language
