Customer Delivery Advocate

Job Description
Monitors the supply chain performance, identifies trends and risks, and provides recommendations to reduce risk, achieve efficiency and manage cost across the supply chain.
Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary delivery experience advocate for assigned strategic accounts. Monitor, analyze, and proactively escalate risks based on key delivery performance metrics (OTD, PDTD, etc.). Lead the weekly CDX reporting process to ensure timely insights and action. Collaborate cross-functionally (Planning, Factories, CS) to resolve delivery issues swiftly. Drive the adoption of key tools and processes (e.g., Escalation App, Late Reason Code Program). Identify and lead supply chain process improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree; 10+ years of experience in a multinational environment. Minimum 4 years of people management experience in a global setting. Proven ability to liaison between commercial and supply chain teams. Highly proficient in SAP (required); IBP and analytics tools a plus. Excellent communicator and influencer with strong cross-functional collaboration skills. Structured thinker, results-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
