As our

Customer Data Specialist (m/f/d)

you will help turn data into actionable insights that support strategic decisions across the business. You will work closely with IT and business stakeholders, contribute to the development of dashboards and reports, and support project coordination and documentation. YOUR TASKS

Dashboard Development:

Design and maintain insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI to support data-driven decision-making.

Data Querying & Transformation:

Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and prepare data for analysis and reporting.

Data Quality Assurance:

Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across all reporting solutions.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored data solutions.

Project Coordination:

Support the planning and execution of data-related projects by tracking progress and helping deliver key milestones.

Technical Documentation:

Create and maintain clear, structured documentation for data models, dashboards, and processes.

Team Engagement & Learning:

Collaborate with team members, contribute to shared goals, and actively expand your skills and knowledge

YOUR PROFILE

Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics or a related field—or equivalent practical experience Experience with Power BI and SQL and First exposure to technical documentation and process mapping Strong communication and collaboration skills with a proactive mindset and eagerness to learn Experience with DAX and data modeling in Power BI as well as familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or SAP Datasphere Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies Understanding of data governance and compliance principles
