You’ll collaborate
with colleagues from Sales, Logistics, and Technical Support and take ownership of handling inquiries, managing orders, and resolving issues promptly. By doing so, you’ll help us move toward a more customer-centric and efficient future.
What You’ll Be Doing
Act as the main contact for customer orders in the EMEA region
Check incoming orders for accuracy, including pricing, delivery terms, and product availability
Coordinate with our global manufacturing sites to ensure timely delivery
Confirm orders, answer customer questions, and provide updates
Support internal teams and external sales with all aspects of order processing
What We're Looking For
Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently while being a great team player
Organized, adaptable, and comfortable working under pressure
Experience with SAP (including EDI) and MS Office tools
Excellent English skills; other European languages are a plus
