customer consultant for Buderus-Heating-Systems (f/m/div.).

Job Description

You will provide telephone and written customer advice on Buderus products and special topics Various Buderus heating systems will be available to you at your workplace for analysing faults and malfunctions over the phone and solving problems Together with your coworkers you are going to work out different solution steps in order to provide optimal and practical advice If necessary, you will enter orders, procure the necessary spare parts via the catalogue search and place orders

Qualifications

Training:

successfully completed vocational training as a plant mechanic, heating fitter, central heating and ventilation engineer, energy consultant, electrician (f/m/div.) or in a comparable field or corresponding many years of professional experience

Personality:

reliable, team player

Experience and expertise:

very good PC skills desirable

Flexibility:

willingness to work in a flexible and regulated shift model

Languages:

native Italian and very good written and spoken English skills
