Your tasks:

Preparing and independently executing crystal growth processes Contributing to project-related assembly and modification of our production equipment Performing regular maintenance and repair tasks as part of the manufacturing workflow Precision welding of precious metal crucibles Supporting the maintenance of tools as well as existing cooling and compressed air systems Accurately documenting all relevant process data in our production database

Your qualifications:

Completed vocational training in a technical field (e.g., electronics technician, mechatronics technician, chemical laboratory technician, or similar) Ideally some experience in a manufacturing environment Experience with high-temperature processes and/or vacuum technology is an advantage Basic knowledge of control engineering and proficiency with common MS Office applications Strong manual skills and a high level of technical affinity Independent, proactive working style, hands-on mentality, and strong team spirit Physical resilience (occasionally lifting loads > 15 kg)
