About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced

CRM Project Manager (German-speaking)

to join our Growth team and support our growing business in setting up and shaping the right processes in our CRM.

Your Mission

Manage and optimise Salesforce workflows and processes. Create and manage lists and attributes within the system. Reassign tasks to sales teams as needed. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for performance tracking. Execute small-scale developments and enhancements. Establish API connections with third-party tools for seamless integration. Oversee and maintain the strategic setup of all Salesforce settings. Collaborate with Sales teams and Direct Sales Leads to improve efficiency. Support the launch of Braze campaigns and other marketing initiatives, connected to SalesForce.

Your Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, IT, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus). 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce objects and how they interrelate. Advanced business analysis skills, including requirements gathering and process optimisation. Proven experience interacting with multiple CRM systems and ensuring their interoperability. Experience with CRM and campaign platforms such as Braze, MoEngage, or SAS is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain a holistic view of the system.
