Dear CRM / Data Strategists,
We are currently looking for multiple CRM / Data Strategists for one of the leading tech companies in Germany. The position is 100% remote and long-term.

REQUIREMENTS:
Experience with CRM platforms, ideally HubSpot CRM, including segmentation and lifecycle management.
Familiarity with marketing automation in HubSpot and Mailchimp (audiences, tagging, workflows).
Knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag Manager for tracking and performance analysis.
Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP)
Understanding of A/B testing tools such as Optimizely or Adobe Target and how insights are applied to optimization.
