As a CRM Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in our ambitious marketing team, assisting in building and implementing our customer relationship strategies. What You'll DoManage the execution of all CRM projects and marketing activities with precision and excellence. Coordinate end-to-end monitoring of campaign execution and performance, ensuring flawless delivery. Compile and present detailed reports on CRM statistics, including deliverability, open rates, and click rates. Improve customer promotional journeys and experiences with established procedures. Apply your customer list management skills for A/B testing and segmentation to discover the most effective strategies for each customer segment. Invent and craft compelling CRM email templates and marketing materials. Successfully implement automated CRM programs for agreed campaigns. Ensure all team members are trained in Responsible Gambling to protect our customers and adhere to licensing objectives.

What We're Looking For2+ years of experience in CRM project management or a related field. Demonstrated history of managing and driving marketing campaigns. Outstanding analytical skills with the ability to compile, interpret, and present data. Proficient knowledge of customer segmentation and A/B testing methodologies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to develop and compose captivating email templates and marketing materials. Experience with automated CRM tools and platforms. A cooperative standout colleague with a positive attitude and a dedication to continuous improvement. Knowledge of responsible gambling practices and regulations is a plus.
