The ideal candidate will have industry experience and CRM-related experience and be comfortable using a variety of tools. Planning, managing, and operating all campaigns and promotions. Also, communicate internally and externally with the relevant teams. Manage and operate all CRM channels (LINE/Newsletter/X/Membership) Create and update content for campaigns and promotions Analyze CRM-related data and come up with suggestions for improvement and enhancement. Assist other tasks related to website content production

Native Japanese speaker Working proficiency in English both verbal and written Ability to work with people from different cultural backgrounds and professional rank Ability to produce high quality content with attention to details Self-motivated with a strong and proven ability to get things done Proactive attitude and ability to learn and handle new things.
