As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.



Responsibilities

Support the Creator Manager with creator development by owning daily operational elements including data analysis and creator matchmaking. Support creator education and community management/engagement activations, review and onboard new managed creators. Collaborate with internal and external partners to identify new creators and increase content opportunities for all categories as basis for seller creator matchmaking. Familiarise with various operations and analytical tools to prepare reports or performance analysis to increase creator matchmaking and content improvement and contribute to creator growth & level upgrade . Collecting and organizing creator feedback, and assisting in producing reports or actionable insights

Qualifications



Minimum Qualifications

Currently in your final year pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above. Able to do an internship in 2026 for a minimum of 12 weeks Highly interested in the e-commerce industry, with strong curiosity and the ability to learn quickly. And understand the short video/content and live broadcast ecosystems of TikTok.

Preferred Qualifications

Be sensitive to data and be able to proficiently use at least one data visualization analysis tool. German skills are a plus to facilitate coordination with German stakeholders Previous experience in influencer affiliate, content strategy, or e-commerce operations will be highly valued.
