Join us as a Country Sales Manager to lead territory growth across wholesale, cash & carry, and retail channels. You’ll own a defined region, build high?value partnerships, and deliver revenue, margin, and market share gains. You will analyse competitors, pricing, distribution, and regulations to execute a focused sales plan, while collaborating with Marketing on localized promotions that build B2B pipeline, brand awareness, and consumer demand.
What you’ll do
Own the territory plan: expand and optimize wholesalers and multi?site retailers; prospect and convert new business for YoY growth.
Manage key accounts: nurture relationships, train partners on the product range, and protect value through disciplined pricing.
Hit targets and forecast: manage KPIs, provide accurate weekly/monthly forecasts, and contribute to demand planning.
Launch and report: coordinate product launches with the BU; share timely updates, insights, and market trends.
Represent the brand: attend customer meetings and industry events; uphold high standards of professionalism and compliance.
What you’ll bring
You have 3–4 years in field/territory sales with a track record of growing accounts and regions. You’re a confident communicator and presenter who builds relationships quickly. Commercially sharp and highly numerate, you’re proactive, detail?oriented, and comfortable operating independently while collaborating as a strong team player. Regular travel within the territory is required; a valid driver’s license is essential.
Nice to have: experience with wholesalers, cash & carry, and multi?site retail; CRM familiarity (e.g., Salesforce).
