He/she represents Vossloh in front of the Community: neighborhood, administrations, professional networks, politicians. He/she protects and develops the Company’s reputation.
He/she understands and deploys the Group strategy in the country. It includes to put in place a local strategy deployment at Country level, with indicators and follow up aligned with the key objectives of the Group.
He/she ensures that performance is measured, tracked, reported and analyzed with the right level of depth. Deviations have to be identified and corrected spontaneously.
