About this Position

We are looking for a creative and strategic Corporate Social Media Manager to elevate Henkel’s social media presence across global platforms. In this role, you will shape and implement Henkel’s corporate social media strategy, ensuring our content inspires, informs, and engages audiences worldwide. From LinkedIn to Instagram, Facebook and Youtube, you will drive impactful communication, lead projects, and safeguard our brand through proactive issues and crisis management.

What you´ll do

As part of the Corporate Social Media Team within Corporate Communications, you will develop and execute a consistent communication strategy for Henkel’s communication on social media platforms (such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube) Support in creating high-quality, engaging social media content that reflects Henkel’s brand and values Develop and optimize channel design across key platforms to ensure a cohesive, brand presence Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and personal branding opportunities, integrating insights into our strategy Monitor and analyze performance metrics to further drive data-driven communication within our team and beyond and continuously improve communication effectiveness

What makes you a good fit

Master’s degree, preferably with major in Communications, Business, Journalism, or a related field Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in communication (corporate, agency, or media) Strong creative skills in writing and creating multimedia content Excellent knowledge of MS Office, with ideally good knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Highly motivated, team-oriented individual with a distinct 'Can-Do' attitude and ready to take ownership and responsibility for projects from conception to completion Fluent English language skills
