Your mission

Financial Analysis:

Develop comprehensive financial models for corporate and project finance scenarios, including energy project returns, investment decisions, and financing options, while collaborating closely with senior management and external stakeholders. Analyze and prepare materials for capital markets transactions, corporate finance, M&A, and project finance opportunities. Support the creation of investor presentations and reports. Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and other reports to monitor the organization's financial health.

Portfolio Management:

Support the portfolio manager in overseeing the customer credit portfolio, including exposure calculations, monitoring, refinancing, hedging, and treasury operations. Assist in credit decision-making, automate underwriting processes, and manage delinquencies. Conduct scenario testing and evaluate financial outcomes to enhance decision-making.

Your profile

You already hold or currently pursue a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or other relevant fields. Gap Year students also welcome. You are willing to work in our Berlin office. You already have relevant pre-experience in IB, M&A, Portfolio Management & Corporate Finance. You constantly strive to achieve exceptional things (professionally and/or personally) and are always willing to go the extra mile. You have a passion for making a significant contribution to combating climate change and are ready to take on a new challenge in a small but rapidly growing organization with a high degree of freedom and uncertainty. You are a proactive, entrepreneurial personality with strong communication skills, taking personal responsibility and not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get things done. You are a team player, willing to work as part of a high-performing team (with diverse roles/backgrounds), and you enjoy celebrating milestones and successes. You speak fluent English. Bonus (but not required): You speak German.
