We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Corporate Communication Manager to join our team in Frankfurt. In this pivotal role, you will develop and implement strategic communication initiatives that align with our corporate objectives, manage crisis communications, and take over internal and external corporate communication projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape Clariant's communication landscape across regions and business units.
Responsibilities
Design global communication processes and establish regional communication networks through ambassador engagement
Translate complex corporate topics into clear, compelling communications for various audiences
Direct our global advertising material platform ensuring brand consistency across all communication channels
Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure consistent and effective messaging
Develop and implement strategic communication plans for corporate initiatives and provide expert consultation to leadership teams
Coordinate cross-functional inputs for Clariant's Integrated Annual Report as a key member of the Project Management Office
Lead crisis communication efforts including strategy development, spokesperson duties, training, and reputation risk management
* Maintain 24/7 crisis response capability when required
