COORDINATOR TRANSPORT m/f/d

JOB PURPOSE & PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role you will be responsible to optimizing transportation performan this role you will be responsible for arranging and optimising our transports for both laden and empty containers from/to German sea ports.

UTILITIES

Maximise the available operations resources. Ensure that all customers´ requirements are observed and completed in line with local requirements. Ensure that any transport issues, cost or performance related are correctly communicated. Ensure a quality operation service is provided with minimal problems. Ensure that the in-house systems are correctly updated in close cooperation with and guided by our procurement team. Ensure accurate and detailed communication is given to all relevant internal and external stakeholders.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

A minimum of

3 years

of relevant working experience in shipping, ideally within operations and/or vendor environment Distinct customer and service focus High level of problem solving Methodical work approach and being able to prioritise workload Ability to work in pressurised environment Diligent with high standards of accuracy and detail Knowledge of Google Office products desirable Business fluent in English and local language Strong digital orientation and growth mindset
