As a Coordinator in Transport Administration, you will reconcile and process all invoices related to the transport function. You will act as an administrative support to the Coordinator Transport and assist the Customer Service team in dealing with transport cost and ancillary issues.
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure work orders issued in our internal transport systems and vendors’ invoices match, and deal with queried invoices and possible discrepancies
Resolve ad hoc transport invoice queries from vendors, make amendments in the internal system after clarification with relevant stakeholders, and coordinate extra costs from vendors
Ensure all additional ad hoc operational purchase order costs are checked with the relevant stakeholders and assist in operational administrative tasks
Ensure accurate and detailed communication is given to Transport Coordinators and Customer Service Coordinators
Provide information internally to ONE and to vendors regarding invoice amendments.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
1-2 years of relevant working experience in shipping, ideally within an environment in transports/operations
High-level data analysis ability and cost awareness
Methodical and able to prioritize workload
Conscientiousness and high standards of accuracy and detail
Proficiency in Google Workspace
Knowledge of OPUS is preferable
Commercial awareness, accuracy, problem solving, planning and organization, teamwork and high engagement level
