YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial Strategy & Modeling:
Lead company-wide financial planning and modeling to ensure clarity, consistency, and reliability of key metrics; translate insights into strategic decisions on scalability, pricing, and sustainable growth
Company Strategy & Operations:
Partner with the CEO to shape and execute the company's strategic and operational roadmap, using a metrics-driven approach
Cross-Functional Leadership:
Align and streamline operations across departments and develop OKRs
Scalability & Process Optimization:
Design, implement, and continuously refine internal processes to enable scalable growth and operational efficiency
Revenue Growth:
Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to align priorities and support revenue acceleration
Legal and Compliance Oversight:
Develop and ensure a legal and compliance framework
Internal Communication:
Develop with HR internal communication strategies and be a key leadership person within the team

YOUR EXPERIENCE
Strong finance expertise with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in a finance-related role (e.g. investment banking, private equity, FP&A), or a strong academic background in finance (e.g. finance-focused degree), or a CFA qualification
Top-Tier Academic or Professional Background: Holds a degree from a leading university or business school, or has professional experience at top-tier strategy consulting or finance firms, or has worked in private equity
Proven experience in operations, business strategy, or scaling start-ups (ideally as COO, VP of Operations, or similar)
Strong track record in building processes, and driving operational efficiency
Experience in early stage to manage the pace between sales and product development
Experience in managing different topics from finance to legal to admin and to HR
Plus: Deep understanding of sales methodologies, revenue forecasting, and business process optimization
Prior experience in SaaS / Tech / B2B Start-ups
