As we expand into our new Malta office, we are seeking a commercially driven
Conversion Manager
for our clients and B2B partners. This is a high-impact hybrid role that sits between
Retention
and
Acquisition
, with a singular obsession:
Conversion.
You will be responsible for the critical
FTD funnel
. Your mission is to turn registered players and leads from various traffic sources into active, depositing customers. You will achieve this by building targeted multi-channel communication strategies and driving rigorous conversion rate optimization across the player journey.
This is a "First Hire" opportunity.
You will be the first member of the Conversion Team. While you will start as an individual contributor executing strategy, the roadmap includes building a team of conversion specialists, offering a clear path to becoming a
Conversion Manager
.
Key Responsibilities:

1. The NRC to FTD Funnel (Activation)
Own the post-registration journey.
Map out, analyze, and optimize every touchpoint a player experiences from the moment they sign up until they make their first deposit.
Multi-channel Execution.
Design and execute automated lifecycle journeys (Welcome Cycles) using Email, SMS, Push Notifications, WhatsApp, On-site messaging, and
outbound calls
.
2. Database Monetization & Lead Conversion
Lead Conversion.
Develop targeted strategies for leads residing in our existing mailing lists and databases to drive them towards a first deposit.
Segmentation.
Segment the database based on player behavior, traffic source, and potential value to deliver personalized offers that maximize conversion rates.
3. Commercial Strategy & Reporting
Budget Management.
Manage the conversion budget and bonus costs efficiently to ensure a healthy ROI on FTD acquisition.
KPI Tracking.
Monitor and report on daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs (Conversion Rate %, Cost per FTD, Time to Deposit, etc.).
Feedback Loop.
Provide specific feedback to the Acquisition team regarding lead quality to ensure traffic sources are optimized for value.
4. Team Growth & Leadership
Operational Setup.
Assist with defining the operational processes and tool stack required for a scaling conversion function.
Future Leadership.
As the department grows, lead the recruitment, onboarding, and management of future Conversion Specialists.
What We Are Looking For

Industry Experience:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in the iGaming industry (Casino or Sportsbook) OR Affiliate Email Marketing is essential.
Functional Expertise:
A strong background in CRM (Lifecycle management) OR Performance Marketing, with a specific track record of improving conversion rates.
The Tool Stack:
Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Braze, Salesforce, FastTrack, Customer.io) and Analytics/CRO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, VWO, Optimizely).
Commercial Mindset:
You make decisions based on revenue potential and ROI. You are comfortable managing bonus spends and calculating the cost of conversion.
Data-Driven:
You are proficient in working with large datasets to segment audiences and analyze test results.
Ambition:
You are ready to step up. You want to build a team, define the strategy, and eventually lead the department.
