To strengthen our Finance department, we are looking for a

Controller

(m/f/d)

to join our headquarters in Travemünde as soon as possible.

The area of responsibility includes:

Compilation and preparation of relevant key figures for monthly reporting, budgets, and forecasts, as well as deriving recommendations for action Further development of the company’s business intelligence approach (Qlik Sense) Ensuring high data quality Acting as a sparring partner to the Head of Controlling and business unit leaders Participation in interdepartmental projects

Your profile:

Completed degree in business studies or a comparable qualification Initial work experience (1–3 years) is an advantage but not required Initial experience with business intelligence applications (e.g., Qlik Sense, Power BI) Very good numerical and analytical skills A high level of initiative and entrepreneurial mindset Proficient use of MS Office products (especially Excel) Advanced written and spoken English skills (German is an advantage but not required)
