We are looking for you to join our team in the

at our headquarters in Idstein as a

Controller (f/m/d)

as soon as possible.

Your role in the Wolfpack:

Drive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the retail division, including own stores and outlets. Prepare and analyze monthly performance reports with key retail KPIs such as sales, margin, traffic, conversion rate, and sales per square meter. Perform P&L analyses for individual stores; identify variances, interpret results, and recommend improvement measures. Monitor inventory performance, including stock levels, turnover, and aging, and support in defining markdown and clearance strategies. Evaluate the ROI of marketing initiatives, promotional activities, and seasonal campaigns. Conduct investment and feasibility analyses for new store openings, remodels, and closures. Support month-end and year-end closing processes for the retail business. Act as a finance business partner to retail operations, e-commerce, and marketing, providing data-driven insights to guide decision-making. Continuously enhance reporting tools, analytical models, and financial processes to increase accuracy and efficiency.

What you bring:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in controlling or financial analysis. Proven experience in the retail, consumer goods (FMCG), or e-commerce sector, with strong understanding of retail business models. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, data analysis, and visualization). Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP FI/CO) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across functions. Fluent in English and German
