Optimieren und Weiterentwickeln des Controllings Erstellen des jährlichen Budgets inkl. der Koordination mit den Fachbereichen Mitwirkung bei Prozesskostenrechnung und Profitabilitätsanalyse Mitwirkung beim rollierenden Forecast (Sales, Gross Margin) Mitwirkung beim Monats- und Jahresabschluss z.B. Rückstellungsermittlung Financial Reporting (Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresreporting, Walkdown usw.) inkl. Analysen Investitionen (Planung, Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnung, Beantragung, Forecasts) SOX Compliance Reporting Erstellung von Ad-hoc Analysen sowie Übernahme von Projekten und Sonderaufgaben

Optimizing and further developing of controlling Preparation of the annual budget, including coordination with the departments Assistance in process cost accounting and profitability analysis Participation in rolling forecasts (sales, gross margin) Assistance in monthly and annual financial reporting, e.g., calculation of provisions Participating in monthly and annual financial statements, e.g., determining provisions Financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, walkdown, etc.), including analyses Investments (planning, profitability calculations, applications, forecasts) Assistance with SOX compliance reporting Ad hoc analysis and project work

Required Skills and Education

Ihr Profil

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, mit dem Schwerpunkt Controlling und Rechnungswesen Fachspezifische Berufserfahrung besonders in der Anwendung der Controlling Instrumente in einem Produktionsunternehmen wünschenswert Fundierte Kenntnisse der MS-Office-Software (vor allem MS-Excel) sowie ERP-Software Analytische Fähigkeiten, strategisches und unternehmerisches Denken Flexibilität, Zuverlässigkeit, Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Job Skills

Successfully completed studies in business administration or industrial engineering, with focus on controlling and accounting Specialized professional experience struments in a production company Good knowledge of MS Office software (especially MS Excel) and ERP software Analytical skills, strategic and entrepreneurial thinking Flexible, reliable, communication and teamwork skills Good working knowledge in english
