• Tracking the service provision of the purchasing department, among others LTAs, savings and one-off payments\n
• Reviewing and monitoring relevant commodity indices and country-specific economic data\n
• Price tracking and submission for chemical-related raw materials\n
• Maintaining a KPI system to track purchasing performance\n
• Specialist for all purchasing-relevant IT systems\n
• Creation of various reports according to different requirements\n
• Budget preparation, review, summary and analysis\n
• Leading the implementation and further development of purchasing-related processes\n
• Tracking supplier data\n
• Monitoring certificates and status\n
• Support for important nomination packages and the lead buyer\n
• Participation in training and internships with a view to proper induction\n
• Preparation of monthly savings from raw material and equipment expenditure reports\n
