in Einbeck, Lower Saxony.

Your Tasks:

Cost controlling: collection and analysis of production costs, development of standard costs, conduction of variance analysis and identification cost saving opportunities Budgeting & Forecasting: support the Business Partners Controlling with COGM calculation as well as the steering collection of production details Closings: preparation of WIP booking, calculation of COGS by crop for quarterly closing, and inventory management (limited scope) Master data: maintenance of master data in accordance with established steering models Collaboration and communication: collaborating with international production and controlling colleagues to ensure cost control governance

Your Profile:

Completed master’s degree in economics, business administration, agricultural economics, or a comparable field Initial professional experience – demonstrated through internships, student work, etc. – in (production) controlling and/or finance, ideally in an international environment Proficient in MS Excel – experience with SAP R3, S/4HANA, and Business Warehouse is advantageous Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills Structured, goal-oriented working style combined with good organizational skills and high self-motivation Hands-on mentality Team player A very good command of English; German language skills are an asset
