Job Description

Structure, implement, and continuously enhance project controlling within a dynamic project environment Support project managers in the efficient and profitable execution of projects, including the development of meaningful burn-down charts and KPI dashboards Serve as the key interface between project calculation/sales and project execution Ensure alignment of project controlling data with commercial results from accounting Oversee and execute controlling activities across various business areas Take ownership of the hands-on technical implementation of controlling tools and processes Provide management with insights and analyses to support strategic decision-making Report directly to top management for the preparation and evaluation of business decisions

Requirements:

University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, Industrial Engineering, or a related field Proven experience in project controlling and public funding regulations; experience in the semiconductor industry is a strong plus Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a structured and proactive working style Hands-on experience with ERP or Business Intelligence systems (e.g., Power BI) is an advantage Fluent and business-proficient in both English and German (spoken and written) Team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to work across departments and in an intercultural team environment
