The person we are looking for will manage all customer contract and pricing related topics.
Your responsibility:
  • Take over responsibility for all customer contracts, especially for new wins and contract extensions in cooperation with the legal department,
  • Lead discussions and work closely with each responsible Manager of the commercial teams to get approval for contracts and customer setups,
  • Reconcile all contractual agreed terms and exceptions and initiate actions accordingly,
  • Prepare and execute all indexation cycles in time,
  • Keep all contractual documents updated incl. SOP in two languages,
  • Set up pricing for customers, account structure for new wins and existing customers,
  • Act as local key user of the PriSm system and Salesforce,
  • Contribute to European commercial projects as local delegate,
  • Define and proactively analyze sales related KPI as well as progress in current strategic areas, e.g. strategic sector sales approach, etc. and execute corrective actions due to deviations from the plan,
  • Support commercial decision making process adhoc by preparing relevant data,
  • Oversee the sales and renewal funnel KPI and development and recommend corrective actions to the commercial management,
  • Cooperate with the finance department in order to deliver commercial data for analysis or decision.
  • Bachelor degree in economics or analytical field of study,
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or analytical role,
  • Knowledge in contract management,
  • First financial and commercial experiences required,
  • Strong analytical and administrative skills,
  • Experienced in SAP, Microsoft, CMS (Salesforce),
  • Understanding of commercial and financial requirements,
  • Languages: fluent German and English are a must.
