Contract Engineer T&D (m/f/d)

What you can achieve with us:

Manage and administe contracts for large-scale T&D projects (e.g., substations, overhead lines, cable systems) Ensure full compliance with FIDIC contract conditions and company procedures Lead contract negotiations, including claims, variations, and extensions of time Interface between project teams, clients, legal advisors, and subcontractors Identify and mitigate contractual risks throughout the project lifecycle Maintain up-to-date records of contract performance and correspondence Support project reporting, audits, and commercial reviews

What convinces us:

Degree in Engineering, Law, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management within the T&D or infrastructure sector Solid knowledge and practical experience with FIDIC (Red, Yellow, and/or Silver Book) Strong understanding of project execution in EPC or turnkey environments Excellent negotiation, analytical, and risk management skills Proficient in contract documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus Willingness to travel to project sites or client offices as needed
