As a Content Specialist, you will create high-quality, creative, and engaging content that effectively communicates key business messages. Your work ensures clarity, consistency, and alignment with brand standards, playing a vital role in maintaining a strong and unified brand voice across all touchpoints.

How you create impact

Create, edit, and proofread engaging content for various platforms, ensuring alignment with brand standards, tone of voice, and content principles. Conduct research and gather insights to produce content that reflects current trends, audience needs, and business priorities. Review and provide constructive feedback on content created by freelancers and external agencies. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure timely execution of tasks and contribute creative ideas to enhance content impact. Participate in stakeholder meetings to stay informed about industry trends and evolving priorities. Contribute to content-related initiatives and process improvements, promoting best practices and knowledge sharing. Assist in onboarding new team members, freelancers, and external agencies when applicable.

What we would like you to bring

Bachelor’s degree in English, Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Literature, or Linguistics. (Master's degree or professional certification in copywriting is a plus). 5+ years of experience in content creation, journalism, editorial work, or copywriting. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with precision in language, formatting, and tone. Ability to understand requests, clarify needs, and turn input into creative and original content. Curious, creative, and adaptable mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach. Strong organizational skills to manage tasks and ensure timely delivery across multiple projects. Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong command of English (native or fluent).
