Join our marketing team as a

Content Marketing Manager

(m/f/x, full-time, 40hrs./week, starting in December 2025, unlimited)


and help shape the future by bringing your expertise and passion to ESMT.

You will

Work with the marketing department to plan, create and distribute content for ESMT programs Serve as the gatekeeper for all program website and marketing content including development and implementation Collaborate to develop a content strategy across multiple platforms (website, social media, etc.) Proofread and edit content according to ESMT brand and voice guidelines Implement content based on SEO best practices and ensure a high ranking based on target audiences Review analytics to ensure successful content and applicant funnel activities, including outreach and messaging amplification initiatives Maintain a content calendar and conduct performance audits to monitor optimization and messaging across marketing team activities Exercise your creativity to create and target content across all programs and the ESMT community Anticipate challenges in the recruitment cycle and initiate creative solutions

You are qualified for this position, because you

Have a bachelor’s degree and at least three years of experience in a relevant field Have proven creative, writing and editing skills. Experience in the higher education sector is a plus. Are experienced with content management systems Have a strong understanding of and experience with SEO and UX Are fluent in English (additional languages are welcome)
