In this dynamic role, you'll bring Barry’s Germany brand strategy to life, crafting high-quality, consistent marketing content across all platforms. You'll be the driving force behind our content ecosystem—overseeing strategy, editorial planning, and the content calendar. Leading both local initiatives and global adaptations, you’ll ensure every campaign reflects Barry’s premium brand identity.

Responsibilities



Develop and manage the content strategy and editorial plan for owned channels Oversee the content calendar, balancing always-on and campaign moments Execute integrated marketing campaigns across key channels Maintain consistent messaging, tone, and visual standards at all touchpoints Create and produce digital and print assets for various campaigns and brand initiatives Design and coordinate social media content, including short videos, posts, and reels, to engage with our community Develop and execute newsletters and CRM content as needed Coordinate photo shoots and content productions, managing concept, briefing, and scheduling Work closely with community and studio teams to ensure local relevance in content and campaigns Collaborate with external partners to ensure timely, high-quality delivery

Required Experience



Passionate about fitness and networking, ready to redefine the fitness industry in Germany with Barry’s In-depth understanding of social media channels and their optimization Stay ahead of trends, with pop and internet culture at your fingertips Capable of independently developing concepts and strategies Strong creative sense for design, aesthetics, and brand consistency Experience in producing digital and print assets with tools like Canva (Adobe is a plus) Analytical mindset to track performance, interpret results, and optimize efforts Creative, empathetic, with a great sense of humor Excellent communicator who thrives in inclusive environments Professional-level proficiency in German and English
