The primary role of Consumer Marketing function is to develop and execute go-to-market strategies to drive our consumer growth. Work closely with upstream Marketing team in understanding market and customer dynamics that generate valuable insights and help us to identify unmet needs in our markets. Key deliverables include supporting in all issues related to ResMed's current and future solutions, marketing programs, market trends and competitor activates.
Let’s talk about Responsibilities:
Develop and lead the annual strategy for one of our largest regions: Central Europe, primary focus Germany to deliver revenue and marketing goals.
Design and implement key initiatives across online and offline channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives and establishing a clear roadmap for execution and continuous optimization
Own critical executional elements including regulatory reviews, promotional planning, and budget recommendations to drive successful campaign delivery
Plan and manage local go-to-market campaign projects, defining milestones and timelines to ensure timely execution
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for priority markets, leveraging data insights to continuously refine and optimize ongoing campaigns
Collaborate closely with global teams to adapt worldwide creative concepts into effective, localized go-to-market plans
Operates as a “bridge” between global functions and local markets, making real-time trade-off decisions.
Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives
Align local leadership with strategic plans to ensure shared commitment and clarity of objectives
Utilize local market insights to influence and enhance both regional and global strategic direction

Excellent German and English skills required
10+ years of experience
Preferred marketing and regional experience with strong cross-functional leadership in matrix environments
Based in Germany, ideally with Munich connection
Strategic thinker with consumer and digital marketing expertise
Commercially savvy and data-driven
Results-focused with strong attention to detail
Collaborative in matrix organizations
Comfortable with ambiguity and shaping projects
Inspires others with vision and demonstrates agility
Strong decision-making and prioritization skills
