As the ideal candidate


You have an excellent Master’s degree, preferably in business administration, business informatics or similar. You have one to two years of professional experience and/or internships, ideally in consulting and/or industry, in the areas of customer centricity, marketing and sales. You find answers to unsolved questions faster than others and demonstrate strong analytical and conceptual skills. You convince with very good presentation and communication skills in German and English. You round off your profile with a high degree of initiative, flexibility and project-related mobility.

As a Consultant


You are responsible for the research of information and markets as well as the analysis of data and processes. You support your team in the development of technical solution concepts and concept papers. You are responsible for the preparation, implementation and documentation of workshops. You bring your competence as a valued interlocutor and consultant to our customers and optimize marketing processes and the marketing organization together with them. You will support our sales team in the acquisition of new projects by preparing the corresponding offer documents and presentations. You will shape the change in the market towards a customer-centric management together with the entire Envolved team.
