Your area of competence

As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective health solutions supporting our Global Brokerage Team, within Aon’s Health Solutions business. You will support our growing practice and will be based in Germany.


Leading and delivering global client benefits by supporting the clients in their needs and strategies as well as cross selling Aon offerings Global coordination of brokerage business for defined clients As a member of the GB team: + Providing the sales team with ‘go-to’ support and subject matter expertise in implementing global benefits project work for Aon’s top clients
+ Participating in or leading RFPs and client pitches to support the sales team through to delivery of projects work
Working effectively with account team members to ensure timely delivery of consulting projects, while working with colleagues across the region Assisting with data analysis and synthesis to support delivery of client projects as well as consulting in global subjects and local needs Responsible for building propositions and case studies to support the marketing and sales team Collaborating with product lines across Aon to provide our clients with the best solutions Providing strategic thought-leadership to colleagues and clients, and collaborating with Aon teams to formulate the propositions

Your profile

Bachelor’s Degree with strong academic record in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Corporate Finance, Political Science, Environmental Science/Law or related subjects or equivalent years of industry experience 3+ years of work experience in global benefits and consulting work in a large industry sector in the health and benefits sector Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to identify problems and solutions Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing with senior-level executives and business clients Ability to communicate complex strategies and content in an organized and articulate manner Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment, as well as independently Strong research, analytical and critical thinking skills Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines, including ability to multi-task Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Proficient in English and German
