Job Description
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Freelance Computer Aided Design Engineer to contribute to a large project dealing with the design of a Hybrid Cross-Country Rally Car.

- Location: Hybrid (onsite near Frankfurt+ remote flexibility)
We are developing a cutting-edge hybrid rally car for cross-country competition. Our design team is looking for a skilled CAD Designer to bring innovative concepts to life.
Role Overview:
You will create detailed 3D models and engineering drawings for critical components, ensuring precision and performance in extreme conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and model components using CATIA V5/V6.
- Work closely with Race Engineers and Project Engineers to integrate hybrid systems.
- Perform surface and solid modeling for bodywork, chassis, and suspension.
- Ensure compliance with motorsport regulations and weight optimization targets.
- Proficiency in CATIA V5/V6 (mandatory).
- Experience in automotive or motorsport design.
- Knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes for lightweight structures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
