\n Searching? We are looking for a Compliance Associate (gn) for our customer within the scope of temporary employment in Ingelheim. Tasks: Market screening for adult learning opportunities Management of our external Partners and conception of future interaction Screening of external compliance training programs and creation of training concept Support in Funding Board and screening of requests Administer e-learnings (training upload and certificate management) Support with Ethics & Compliance communication Support with training completion rate analysis as required Monitor and support Policies and Procedure process Requirements: Completed training in the commercial sector od Bachelor Degree Training and Communication experience Experienced in Learning Systems Fluent in English Organized and structured Creativity Independent working style Work permit for Germany is required Our offer: With us you receive a fixed calculable remuneration according to the BAP/DGB collective agreement.
