What you'll do:

Build and engage with the game’s community across multiple platforms Manage and grow our social channels (Discord, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) Recruit, coordinate, and motivate volunteer moderator teams Write, edit, and format content for social media and in-game platforms (text, visuals, and more) Generate creative ideas for new content formats and campaigns to boost community engagement Foster a friendly and constructive atmosphere, responding quickly to any conflicts Analyze player behavior, collect feedback, and prepare regular reports Stay on top of social media trends, community management tools, and best global practices — and bring them to life in our projects

What you need to succeed:

Proven experience in growing and maintaining active communities Creativity, excellent communication skills, stress resilience, multitasking, responsibility, and reliability Experience working with volunteer moderators and managing their motivation Strong writing and storytelling skills Understanding of user engagement and motivation systems
