To support our Social Media team we are searching for a Community Manager (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Build, grow, and manage our online community across all social media channels, ensuring a consistent, engaging, and brand-aligned presence at every touchpoint
Develop and execute community engagement strategies across all platforms to drive participation, loyalty, and long-term brand advocacy
Monitor and actively manage conversations across all social channels, responding to comments, DMs, and inquiries in a timely, professional, and on-brand manner
Collaborate cross-functionally with influencer marketing, customer experience, and customer care teams to align community initiatives with broader business objectives across channels
Track, analyze, and report on social sentiment across all social media channels, identifying trends, opportunities, and potential risks, and sharing actionable insights with internal teams
Identify, nurture, and maintain relationships with key community members, customers, and talents, while establishing best practices and clear protocols for potential crisis management across platforms
WHO YOU ARE
Advanced studies and practical experience in Social Media, Literature or Marketing with previous experience working in the fashion or beauty industry
Fluency in English required
Excellent analytic, reporting and presentation skills are a must
Superb communication skills with an open and positive attitude
High affinity for high-end fashion as well as online media
You are a team-oriented and efficient with a proactive attitude
Proficiency in platforms and dedicated tools that streamline and enhance interactions across multiple channels
