We are looking for a communications team assistant (M/F/D) for a multinational client in Frankfurt/Main, the EU Agency Authority for Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism AMLA.

The Authority for Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism (AMLA) is a decentralised EU agency that coordinates national authorities to ensure the correct and consistent application of EU rules. The aim of the EU Authority is to transform the anti-money laundering and countering the financing of terrorism (AML/CFT) supervision in the EU and enhance cooperation among financial intelligence units (FIUs).
At the AMLA you can become part of an international and multicultural team presently in its set-up phase.
Main tasks:
To provide support to the COMMS team: digital communications, media monitoring and analysis and visual design.
Social media development (planning, drafting, posting, mediating, managing corporate accounts)
Development of visual supporting materials for external communications
Website updates / upgrades, intranet expansion
Writing for the web and the intranet
Media monitoring and analysis
Qualifications:
Essential: Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
Advantageous: Preferred disciplines: communications and its subdisciplines, media studies, journalism, computer science, design
Professional Experience:
Essential: 2 years experience relevant to the tasks described
IT Skills:
HTML; UX design
Web Design skills
Past experience with media monitoring or processing and synthesizing large amounts of information
Language Skills:
Essential: English (English (near-native or native fluency).
Essential: Other EU languages are advantageous.
Other skills and competences:
Essential:
Excellent written communication skills, with ability to produce clear and concise texts adapted to different audiences and channels.
Capacity to work under time pressure and with changing priorities.
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
Ability to gather, analyse and synthesise complex information into accessible communication products.
Remuneration:
Above market level salary
German interim employment contract (Zeitarbeitsvertrag/Arbeitnehmerüberlassung)
