Eingebettet im eleganten Ambiente des The Ritz-Carlton, Wolfsburg, vereint Aqua kulinarische Kreativität mit handwerklicher Perfektion – ein Ort für Menschen mit Leidenschaft für feine Küche.


Als Commis de Pastry (Mensch) unterstützen Sie unser erfahrenes Pâtisserie-Team bei der Zubereitung und Präsentation exklusiver Desserts und Petit Fours auf höchstem Niveau. Sie arbeiten mit den besten Produkten und modernsten Techniken in einem kreativen und inspirierenden Umfeld.

IHRE ERSTE ROUTE:

Unterstützung bei der Herstellung von Süßspeisen, Desserts und Backwaren Vor- und Zuarbeiten für das à la carte- und Degustationsmenü Einhaltung der Hygienevorschriften gemäß HACCP Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung neuer Dessertkreationen Teamarbeit auf Spitzenniveau

IHR KOFFERRAUM IST GEFÜLLT MIT:

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin oder Konditor/in Erste Erfahrung in der gehobenen Gastronomie oder Pâtisserie Leidenschaft für süße Kunst und hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein Kreativität, Teamfähigkeit und Lernbereitschaft Strukturierte und saubere Arbeitsweise

werteorientierte Unternehmenskultur Verpflegung in unserem Mitarbeiterrestaurant mit Außenterrasse Reinigung der zur Verfügung gestellten Uniform Vergünstigungen bei Hotelübernachtungen (Mitarbeiterrate, Family & Friends-Raten), F&B, Retail, etc. innerhalb Marriott International 4 Tage Woche (Mittwoch – Samstag)
