About the Role

We're looking for a

Commercial Product Manager / Product Lead

to shape the vision, strategy, and impact of our product portfolio.



This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of customer needs and business goals. You'll bring a commercial mindset and a passion for creating meaningful, customer-centric solutions that deliver measurable value.



In this role, you'll collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to identify opportunities, define priorities, and bring innovative products to market. You'll help us solve the right problems, translate insights into successful offerings, and ultimately drive both customer satisfaction and sustainable growth.

Do

Own and define the product vision and roadmap in alignment with company goals Define and deliver commercially viable product strategies Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to shape go-to-market plans Develop business cases for new initiatives and ensure commercial readiness Optimize pricing and packaging strategies across the product portfolio Track and analyze product performance and market feedback to guide iteration and improvement Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact product releases Use data and customer insights to prioritize features and drive product decisions Advocate for the customer, ensuring their needs are met across all product experiences Define and track KPIs to measure product success and iterate quickly based on feedback

What You Bring to the Table

5+ years of experience in product management Proven experience delivering successful technical B2B products at scale Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer segmentation Demonstrated success in launching and scaling commercial products Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities Experience working in agile environments Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English
