Your Role:

What You’ll Do

As a member of our commercial team, you will focus on performance, supporting growth, and enhancing procedures across markets.

Commercial & Performance Management

Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue, profitability, and market share Support sales teams in planning and executing their business goals Monitor performance against sales and revenue targets to ensure continuous growth Identify new market opportunities to expand our reach and customer base Facilitate collaboration between local sales units and central teams Project & Process Management Support and contribute to cross-functional projects, such as digital sales transformation and sales performance optimization Design and improve internal workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce costs

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a commercially minded professional who is ready to make an impact. You’ll fit right in if you have:

A university degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business IT, or a related field—ideally with a focus on aviation or logistics 3–5 years of professional experience in commercial management, sales strategy, or business development Strong analytical capabilities and hands-on experience with Excel and Power BI Excellent communication skills with a persuasive, solution-oriented mindset A proactive, self-driven attitude and a passion for enabling others’ success Proficiency in both German and English (minimum C1 level)
