, you play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and smooth operations in our kitchen and service areas – supporting our teams in delivering refined hospitality every day.

This is a cluster position:

you will have the opportunity to work across

two Marriott brands and two Marriott properties – AC Hotels and Moxy Hotels

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

First experience as a steward, dishwasher, or in a kitchen environment is an advantage, but not required Reliable, clean, and structured working style Strong awareness of hygiene and responsibility Physical resilience and flexibility Team player with a positive and supportive attitude Basic German or English skills are an advantage Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays

YOUR ROLE AS A CLUSTER STEWARD

In this role, you are responsible for

cleanliness, hygiene, and organization

within the kitchen and back-of-house areas

across the cluster

. You ensure that all operational areas meet the high hygiene and quality standards of

AC Hotels, Moxy Hotels, and Marriott

.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Clean dishes, cutlery, glassware, and kitchen equipment Maintain cleanliness and order in kitchen, storage, and back-of-house areas Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards in line with

HACCP and Marriott guidelines

Support the kitchen team with basic preparation and clean-up tasks Handle waste disposal and recycling according to procedures Use cleaning machines and materials responsibly Report technical issues or damages to the relevant department Work closely with kitchen, service, and housekeeping teams Support operations across

two Marriott properties within the cluster
