This is a cluster position across two Marriott properties and two Marriott brands: AC Hotels & Moxy Hotels.

In this role, you will work across both hotels and support the cleanliness and presentation of shared and public areas, gaining experience in

two different hospitality concepts within the Marriott family

YOUR ROLE AS A CLUSTER PUBLIC AREA CLEANER

In this role, you are responsible for the

cleanliness and presentation of all public areas and back-of-house areas across the cluster

, covering

two Marriott properties (AC & Moxy)

.

You ensure that all spaces meet the high hygiene and quality standards of

AC Hotels, Moxy Hotels, and Marriott

at all times.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

First experience in cleaning or housekeeping is an advantage, but not required Reliable, structured, and

detail-oriented working style

High sense of cleanliness and

quality awareness

Physical resilience and flexibility Team player with a positive and service-oriented attitude Basic German or English skills are an advantage Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Clean and maintain all

public areas

, including lobby, corridors, elevators, restrooms, and back-of-house areas Ensure a consistently

high standard of cleanliness and presentation

across both hotels Support the housekeeping team with additional cleaning tasks when required Follow hygiene, safety, and quality standards according to

Marriott guidelines

Report technical issues, damages, or maintenance needs to the relevant department Handle cleaning equipment, materials, and supplies responsibly Work closely with housekeeping and other hotel departments Support operations

across both Marriott properties within the cluster
