\n We are looking for a Cloud Engineer (x f m) specialized in Data on Cloud for the Cloud Center of Excellence department in Goettingen or Berlin (Sartorius Corporate Administration GmbH) with the possibility to work remotely on a regular basis. The responsibilities of this position include the development of modern cloud data solutions to empower data-driven decision making at Sartorius globally.

Your tasks

You will contribute to build a data platform in Azure cloud to support automated data pipeline f\xc3\xbcr Business Intelligence and Advanced Analytics based on a company-wide data lake

You will develop data science and data integration environments for our data engineers and data scientists

You will build, test, and maintain the cloud infrastructure and tools to allow for fast development of diverse products

You will ensure stable, reliable and scalable operations using infrastructure-as-code, applying DevOps principles to optimize, automate and speed up the development and deployment of our cloud services

You will provide guidance, thought leadership, and mentorship to development teams to build cloud competencies

You will actively contribute to our Cloud & Data Community

Your qualifications

You have a successfully completed degree in the field of business information systems or equivalent

This is complemented by several years of professional experience as a Cloud Engineer with Azure with a focus on Data, ideally with relevant certifications (e.g., DP-900, DP-203)

You have a deep understanding of infrastructure as a code (terraform) and automation. Experience on other cloud platforms and cloud agnostic infrastructure is a strong advantage

You enjoy collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams and are very customer and solution oriented

Your profile is rounded off by fluent English skills. Knowledge of German is a plus
