Provide product presentations, training sessions, and certifications to homecare providers.
Ensure partners maintain high-quality education standards and accurate product knowledge.
Offer on-site problem-solving support when escalation is needed.
Product presentation in workshops, at trade fairs and congresses
Collaborate closely with the Sales team to align on partner needs and implementation plans.
Collect and share partner feedback in CRM and coordinate internally with Customer Service, Marketing,
and Technical Service.
Traveling at least 60% of the working time.
Requirements:
Clinical/medical background is required
Experience in homecare / alternate care environments required.
Experience in emergency care is a strong plus.
High degree of self-organization to plan, prioritize and implement necessary actions.
Strong training, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in German and good knowledge of English.
