TASKS WITH IMPACT

Client Relationship Management




You are the main point of contact for assigned clients and countries, building strong, long-term relationships by handling client requests, solving retail media-specific issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You conduct regular client meetings to understand their business needs, challenges, and goals.

Consulting and Strategy




You advise your assigned clients on best practices in retail media, take over strategic media planning, and develop customized, data-driven paid media campaigns across our on- and offsite product portfolio. You translate client briefs into actionable media strategies by analyzing brand retail performance and target audiences, deriving campaign objectives and relevant touchpoints. You collaborate closely with internal teams such as Sales and Campaign Management to align on individual retail media strategies.

Performance Analysis and Reporting




Using multiple data sources (CRM, e-commerce/web analytics, category management, etc.), you conduct comprehensive analyses and derive general insights into target audiences, e-commerce developments, as well as market and industry trends. You evaluate campaign performance holistically and, together with Campaign Management, provide clients with insights and recommendations for achieving overarching retail media strategies and goals. You create presentations with relevant KPIs, “out-of-the-box” analyses, and learnings, which you discuss both internally and externally in client meetings.

Thought Leadership




+ You stay up to date on retail media and e-commerce trends and actively share industry insights, market developments, and opportunities with our clients. + You contribute to the development of case studies, benchmarks, and training materials for both clients and the internal upskilling of the retail media team.



YOUR SKILLS



Successfully completed studies in Marketing, Business Administration, or a comparable field. 3–4 years of practical experience in client services, consulting or account management, ideally in strategic media planning/consulting at a media agency. Solid knowledge of the (digital) media landscape and strong target group understanding. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly to clients. Strong analytical and strategic thinking with the ability to quickly grasp complex contexts and provide data-driven recommendations. Exceptional client relationship management skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Fluent in German and English, French is a plus. Your working style: precise, accurate, and thorough, with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail. Hands-on mentality: with a proactive and practical mindset, you prefer to actively engage in projects.
