Your Responsibilities
Own and manage relationships with SME clients in the DACH region
Act as the main point of contact for all client communication
Coordinate internally with delivery teams and external partners
Manage quotes, invoices, renewals, and project updates
Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities in collaboration with the team
Support inbound leads and follow-up conversations
Ensure high client satisfaction and retention

Your profile
2–5 years of experience in
Digital Services account management
, customer success, or client services
Strong communication and
relationship-building
skills
Highly
organized
and comfortable managing multiple clients
Basic understanding of websites, e-commerce, and digital services (no technical depth required)
Business-oriented
mindset and confidence in client conversations
Fluent German
and good English skills
