CIB Strategy & Solutions Development is a dynamic and innovative team that helps CIB Units to achieve their goals by leading and implementing strategic projects across a wide range of disciplines. About the job:

Responsibilities

Supports CIB top management in decision-making through several initiatives:


(i) Identifying and developing new growth opportunities for CIB in terms of clients, products, and geographies—aligned with our strategic pillars (Cross-Border, Sustainability, and Innovation)—while actively collaborating on strategic projects with the different CIB areas.


(ii) Developing the business monitoring function in Central Europe through active commercial follow-up across our offices.


(iii) Providing insights and expertise on industry trends.

Main tasks

Support Units and Disciplines in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects. Strategic projects, participating in the definition and coordination of their execution. Support for senior management in strategic presentations. Conduct research and analysis to inform project decisions and provide recommendations. Develop project plans and timelines, and track progress against them. Help to identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies. Support project communication and stakeholder management. Contribute to the development and governance of business monitoring to enhance performance tracking and decision-making.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, HR, or a related field. Previous experience in project management, ideally in a consulting or professional services environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. English C1 level - Spanish nice to have - German is appreciated but not required.
